​Payment Policy

• An initial 40% deposit will be made shortly after booking through the calendar above to reserve your flight. 

• The remaining 60% will be paid after the completion of the flight.

• Wings of Eagles accepts payment through bank transfer, checks, cash, and digital payment (Zelle, Bit, Paybox)

Refundable Cancelations

• Cancellations due to weather and other technical factors will be made at the discretion of Wings of Eagles pilots. All flights may be subject to alternate routing if weather conditions do not permit flights along the published route.

• If Wings of Eagles cancels a flight, your purchase may be refunded as long as you have not previously rescheduled your flight and do not reschedule your flight before requesting a refund.

• Individual refund policies for promotions and discounts apply.

Non-Refundable Cancelations

• Canceling a reservation within 72 hours of the flight will be non-refundable and will forfeit the 40% deposit.

• Refusal to sign a waiver before your flight will result in a flight cancellation and no refund will granted.

• Refusal to participate at the time of the scheduled flight will result in a cancellation with no refund granted.

• If a customer chooses to cancel or reschedule instead of taking the offered alternate routing that is equal in duration or value due to weather conditions, that flight/reservation is no longer valid for a refund.

Weight Restrictions

​Aircraft are certified with a maximum allowable weight limit; for the safety of our customers and crews, we will not exceed those limitations. Therefore, we must know exactly how much each passenger weighs including carry 0n bags.

• If individual weights exceed the maximum allowable limit as listed by your pilot in the scheduling phase, your flight may be modified or canceled.

• If the total group weight exceeds the maximum allowable limit as listed by your pilot in the scheduling phase, your flight may be modified or canceled.

• If passenger weights are not accurately portrayed in the scheduling phase, your flight may be modified or canceled without a refund.

Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

A waiver will be sent to the interested party and must be signed by all participants 18+ before the flight. Participants younger than 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
